I have been coming here for over a year after moving to the area from Arlington VA. I got the French tips each time, but after several appointments the service started to decline. I always make an appointment. My last visit I made an appointment a week in advance. I wanted to make sure the appointment was at a specific time due to another appointment I had for the same day. First of all, I have to wait 45 minutes for the person to help me. She always seems to be multitasking with other clients at the same time, which is ridiculous! That’s why she is always in a hurry to get the job done. The result is that the next day my French ends were already lifting and I can’t go back for her touch-up because I had already left for vacation. It’s a shame because this place is very convenient for me, but I’m determined to find a new place. This is just one of many experiences and sadly it is time for me to move on. I really want this place to be good, but….

Hit or miss. Went here once, service was great. Nail tech was clean, efficient, skillful for a basic Mani no polish. Hands strong, so can properly clean and trim cuticles and shape nails and trim and clean under. Went second time, bad reception from the guy in front. The nail tech I was assigned was sick and coughing, weak hands, bad skin, couldn’t properly hold hands to clean and cut and shape. Was disgusted. When it came to the hand massage and lotion, I passed on it, no thanks. My advice find a good tech, stick with them all the time. Don’t change up.

Super nice staff. I called at 4pm and they got me in at 430pm!! Amy did my nails in no time and they are beautiful. I highly recommend Amy and will definitely be coming back.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI love this place! I will not go to anyone else. When another nail salon messed my nails up I literally walked in Luxe crying and they did everything to make sure I got my nails fixed up. They are super good about getting you in and listening to exactly what you want! I love everyone there!
