Absolutely pleased. Was seated immediately, the two wonderful ladies Tammy and Tiffany explained everything to me and what would be done. They made sure I was okay with their designs every step of the way. Massage chairs were heavenly as well. Depending on your package they also massage your legs and feet for you too. Will be coming back!

Dont tell them u want just your natural nails cause the tech will get mad and start throwing things and saying well they will be uneven but I’ll do it but they won’t look right! We’ll no sir, I won’t get anything cause u want to do what u want evn though I’m paying. Then the lady doing my feet chatged me 5 extra dollars cause I didnt.want to get get gel on my toes again even though soak off was included in my pedicure. I paid 56 dollars for a mani pedi with regular polish. Trash!

I am well pleased with my experience, I went in for a fill-in and I was greeted kindly there was no long wait on a Wednesday afternoon I was serviced by Kevin he was professional and friendly his work is great his sculpting and shaping skills are excellent!

My pedicure was amazing, very well done and friendly. The eyebrow wax was half wax and half razor used to remove hair which was not asked ahead of time. This is not acceptable. Don’t recommend getting eyebrow wax done if don’t want razored as the staff told me it is used on every customer.

They have more chairs and stations than I have ever seen. I went on a Thursday around 6 pm and there was no wait. I can’t give it 5 stars bc they TV signal was fuzzy and the walking path to get to the chairs was a little cluttered. They are very efficient. They get the job done and that’s all I need. I’ll be back.

Today was my first day there I came early and I’m glad because I was taken care of fast I got a pedicure and my nails done.. and I was very satisfied. I love my nails and the music there is great. The guy was very patient with my nails and hook me up number 7. My first time this was a great experience and I will be coming back again

This place does not offer good customer service. My sis comes here and I was curious about the prices so I asked the guy at the counter and he was quite rude. When I leave he tells my sis referring to me ,” Next time make sure you have money” I have a place where I like to go but since I was in the area I figured why not. It’s cheaper here to get them done but still these people act like it’s a top notch space. Nahh ying young it’s a rinky dinky place.I have money I was just curious. Why shouldn’t I be when theres other competitors?

Cool nail salon that’s close to home. I have to get there super early on the weekends because it gets packed! I don’t have a preferred nail tech, but I’ve only had one bad experience with a guy I won’t go to anymore. I love the pricing. I can get a gel manicure and gel pedicure for under $60! I wish they had more displays of the types of designs and extras like foil, unicorn glitter and all that fun stuff. But this is my go-to salon for basic nails. I tried designs here once and Tammy was able to replicate what I wanted and follow my direction. The only issue I had is that the strips started coming off the next day and I had to come back and get them fixed. But other than that, I like the salon.
