My first time going to Luxe I was extremely nervous because I have had so many negative experiences at other locations. From the very beginning the owner communicated with us on my wait time which was 30 minutes and where to look for my colors… I was seated within 10 minutes which is amazing because most locations will say 30 minutes and it’s longer… the woman who did my pedicure and nails was absolutely a pleasure to be catered by. The second time I went alone and still I experienced the most excellent service… third time I went with my mother and autistic sister… the way they catered to my sister and also communicated with her was beautiful. Because they made her feel so welcomed she felt so at ease and screamed with joy the entire time. These folks make sure you have a positive experience and if for some reason you don’t they go above and beyond to resolve it.

I go to Luxe for my pedis because Joe is there. He is professional & does an amazing job on my toes. He always takes special care when cutting my nails & is very good at painting them as well. If Joe is running behind due to a walk in, he is definitely worth waiting for. He tells the best stories & has a great sense of humor. He makes you feel like you’re the only person he cares about at that moment & that’s what you’re there for, alittle bit of pampering. Jot knows toes

I will definitely be going back to have my nails done again. They honor appointment times, very friendly, and reasonable prices. They also offer you a drink of your choice complimentary (wine, beer,mixed drinks, soda, etc.). They have the largest polish selection compared to other nail salons.

Fast service, nice drinks – only down fall is they push for gel on toes, without offering just polish option for those that prefer it. Overall my experiences here have been good, though. The up charge for paying with a card isn’t ideal though.

I love Luxe!! I was scared to go to a new place to get my nails done but the people there made me feel so at home and welcome! Joe is my fav, he does my pedicures and my feet have never looked better I rebook every 5 weeks now. I get my acrylics done by Andy and he always makes my nails look great. King of ombré, he never disappoints! This time he did glow in the dark nails and I’m obsessed.

Joe is amazing and my pedicures turn out great! I’ve gone to other nail techs before and almost always end up getting ingrown nails. NEVER with Joe. He is very thorough. He is also very fun and entertaining. Even on days where he is obviously very busy he takes his time and makes you feel like the only person in the room! Joe takes his time and makes sure you are happy with the look of your nails when he is done! Love my visits with Joe!

Took my 6 and 8 year olds for the princess manicure and pedicure package. We were seated almost immediately which was nice with two little ones. It was a good time. They loved getting a spa treatment. Our service providers were super kind and sweet. They handled my sassy 6 year old and her demands for a “fall leaf” design very well and with grace. It is pricey compared to other local spots though, thats honestly the only down fall.
