Great experience here! Heather was able to squeeze a men’s haircut in between her appointments the day I called, excellent customer service. Despite traveling from the west side with traffic I was 12min late yet she still accommodated me. The pricing is great for a studio salon as well.

I highly recommend Luxe! Paige does a wonderful job of truly listening to what your goals are for your hair and getting it there. Her Balayage skills are outstanding! I have lived in many different cities and been to many different colorists/stylists, but Paige is absolutely the best I have had! The atmosphere in the salon is also very comfortable and relaxing. It feels like going to a fun friends cute little cottage to catch up and come out looking amazing!

Scheduling an appointment was a nightmare. Online booking for a haircut and balayage seemed simple enough, but then they asked me to move my appointment three times. I tried to be flexible but I have been holding off on hair I wanted done 2 weeks ago. It was a bummer each time it got pushed back since I had been looking forward to it. Best experience at a hair salon . . . ever! Paige made my at-home fiasco great again. Plus, the vibe of the salon was so relaxing. No neck pain at the shampoo bar – why don’t other salons do this? Since I just moved to Jacksonville, this is now my new place to go. Glad I have a great new hair salon. Also the aesthetician, Melissa, is as nice as can be. I haven’t used her services yet, but will. She’s been doing skin for 20 years and she takes pride in her craft. It shows on her skin!
