One star because they accepted a walk in. Only place in town. Took my niece, asked for a-line bob. They lady stated she knew what it was. Turned out she did plain bob asked her to fix it into a a-line and showed her a pictures. Lady got furious and tons of attitude. Will not return or recommend to anyone.
