I been to many Barbers shops in Tucson. I must say LuXe Barber Studio is the most cleanest I have ever seen. The restroom was mind blowing.

I have been to this establishments on multiple occassions, however yesterday was by far the worst experience I have ever had with this barbershop. I had booked an appointment with Brandon at 1:30, and arrived within that time frame, and yet I was surprised to see him midway on another man’s haircut, and I didnt start except at 2:04, 30 minutes after my intial appointment. I showed Brandon the reference photo, which I got from their instagram. To my surprise, I have a one inch gap between my sideburn and beard something that I neither asked for and it was not in the reference photo. Upon finishing the haircut I asked him to do my beard in order to fix that gap and he said that he didnt have the time. Very disappointed to say the least.

I called on a Friday was able to get my hair cut the same day. Make sure to bring at least $25 in cash if just getting a hair cut. The actual shop was clean, with little to no trace of hair on the floor. My barber was Brandon and he whipped me in shape. It took him roughly 30-40 minutes to do my hair. I got a mid fade which was blended nicely, Brandon also salvaged my hairline that I messed up when cutting my own hair. Some people didn’t recognize me for a moment when I had my suit on with the cut! When I have another event to go to Brandon’s my man.

Critical: ProfessionalismSome pos barber named Brandon Montaño with a very poorly done head tattoo tried to fight me when I drove by and looked inside the window as I am keenly interested in all things barbershop related. Gives off a very bad vibe. Definitely not a place for a father to take a son let alone visit for a relax and a cut.

I’ve been a regular customer of Nick’s since I was at U of A in 2009, traveling from Phoenix and now from out of state to get a cut every few weeks. His skill, talent and attention to detail are top notch and worth the trip.
