Positive: Cleanliness, ValueWell, my sister and I decided to come on a Sunday afternoon… I guess that was our first mistake! Maybe they’d be less busy on a Tuesday afternoon, who knows.I got a deluxe pedi and it was pretty legit, other then the wait. The orange sugar and hot stone massage made my day!My sister wanted a dip manicure… She waited the entire time while I was getting my pedi! When someone finally came over to get her color choice, she still waited approx 10 min before another person came over to file and dip. As I write this, I am waiting for someone (maybe a third?) to go over and finish her dip so we can be on our way.I have heard great things about this place, but it seems (very) unorganized – why can’t they work on one person, start to finish and then get them out and start the next? Well, my sister and I decided to come on a Sunday afternoon… I guess that was our first mistake! Maybe they’d be less busy on a Tuesday afternoon, who knows.

Critical: Quality, ValueI wanted an almond shape acrylic full set and a French tip pedicure. I got a cute pedicure but when it came down to getting my finger nails done, all of the positive thoughts left my mind. He used the dip powder on my nails which I’ve never had done before and I had high expectations. The shape of all of my nails is uneven (some nails are wider than others and some nails are longer than others), the actual dip powder is uneven on my nails, and he made me bleed four times. I paid $70 for it. $25 for a decent pedicure and $45 for a terrible manicure when I’ve gotten better nails for $30 at a different salon. Also when I flinched in pain, he told me it was my fault that he made me bleed because I looked at my phone, yet I wasn’t on my phone when he made me bleed the first, second, third, or fourth time. I wanted an almond shape acrylic full set and a French tip pedicure. I got a cute pedicure but when it came down to getting my finger nails done, all of the positive thoughts left my mind. He used the dip powder on my nails which I’ve never had done before and I had high expectations. Positive: Quality, ValueI love being able to come in and all the technicians talk to you and laugh and joke. They do an amazing job! Even when they are incredibly busy, they don’t rush your service. I get dip nails and they’re always beautiful! Not too thick and look amazing.
