I was visiting Austin, Texas with a friend and wanted to get our nails done before a concert we were going to later on that night. It was my first time getting my nails done with dip powder so I was a little nervous, but they did a great job with taking care of me and giving me exactly what I wanted. If I lived in Texas would most definitely come here again!

I don’t know if we got someone who is training or what. But the older man who was doing my girlfriends nails was the worst I’ve ever seen, he came in smelling strongly of a cigarette and didn’t appear to have clean hands or wear a mask like the other employees. When he first began doing the acrylic set my girlfriend had pointed out that some of the nails were lifting at the very start and had large clumps of glue along with rough edges from poor filing. His immediate response rather than to try and make her happy was to basically argue saying that the nails were “like a sculpture” and that “the lifting wouldn’t affect anything later” even though most of the nail was already falling off… When he began dremeling the foundation he actually put a hole in one of the nails from over filing and when my girlfriend pointed it out, for obvious reasons. His response again was that he was doing a good job and needed to change nothing. She finally asked to stop before this guy damaged her nails any further. He was then very unprofessional and as we were walking out he demanded we turn around so he could clip off what he had done for fear of her stealing services? After letting him cut down the horrible nail job he started, he basically huffed and threw the clippers on the table. I would never recommend anyone come here, my girlfriends nails look a mess now. Luckily the nails were already cracking off of every finger from his over filing so removing them wasn’t the hardest no wonder this place was empty when we got there.

The amount of attention that Jenny had on my nails was very impressive! She made sure my nails were perfect! My pedicure was so relaxing and everything was sanitized. They also make sure you get get every second worth of the massage as they use a timer. My eyebrows were shaped perfectly just like I described. The salon itself was very clean and organized and I loved the playlist they had on. Such a vibe! Will be back for sure! If you want nail art, please schedule an appointment with them so they can take their time on you!Update: recently went back for a pedicure and got lucky enough to be with Bobby! The amount of attention he puts into his clients is amazing! As much as I hate to write this review, the service is really hit or miss–I guess it depends on who does your nails. I’ve been here a few times, and sometimes it is great, but twice I’ve had to come back within two days because of the way gel was applied. This doesn’t happen at other places and it is very frustrating to have to drive back to get it fixed, only for it to fall off three days later. When I pay and tip for a service, it is very frustrating when I can’t even get a weeks worth out of it.
