Don’t go here if you don’t want to be yelled at by the person who’s doing your nails. He had an attitude and he rushed the whole thing didn’t even let me wash my hands. He kept asking me if i liked my nails and i kept saying yes every time because i did i was just simply looking at them. When they were finished he asks me a final time if i like them and i say yes and he says “oh well i couldn’t tell you kept looking at them so if you don’t like them that’s not my problem.” TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

My friend showed Tony a picture of dark nails and he gave her bright nails and the whole nail wasnt even painted. When she said she did not like them, he raised his voice and said “speak up and dont waste my time” while the place was packed and everyone stared. At that point, my friend was overly uncomfortable and just wanted to leave. Now we are going to buy nail polish to re-do her nails without getting yelled at. I have never met someone so rude and inconsiderate at a nail salon. He was in such a rush.

I sat for almost 2 hours while it being packed. They were having other customers that just arrived behind me, go head of me. Once I thought I was going to get started, the owner basically told me move and wait another 15 minutes.. this was first time I was ever going get my nails done. Experience ruined..

I’ve been getting my nails done for 4 years now and I’ve tried many salons out… it would take forever for me to explain what happened but trust me just don’t go here!!! Staff are so rude here not worth your time! The reviews and pictures look nice but your experience will be ruined by their rude staff.

Walked in and was greeted by a rude male at the front. His rudeness was disgusting. He asked how he could help me and I replied with the service I wanted. He then told me he doesn’t take walk ins in a very condescending way. I’ll take my patronage else where.

While they’re pretty unprofessional and mildly rude to some people; these are the best nails I’ve ever gotten done. I had a small Asian lady who had two kids there, she did them beautifully and was very kind to me! The owner was cussing etc. but honestly.. it was kind of humorous. He treated everyone pretty respectfully except a few people who walked in and two on the phone, but I think he was overwhelmed. Over all, I really enjoyed being here. Quick and beautiful nails, I will be back!
