I got a simple manicure and while it looked clean when I left, so I didn’t comment on it, it did look a bit like my cuticles had not really been trimmed. A day or two later it looked like I had never had a manicure and I contacted them and left a message about coming back in to have it re-done and nobody ever got back in touch with me.

I am extremely disappointed! I have been going to this salon for years, but recently they have NOT meet my expectations. The last two gel manicures I have gotten, my nail polish has started to peel in less than two weeks! and the gel manicure is not cheap, so I went back to the salon and told the manager what has happened the last two manicures, so the manager offered me a FREE manicure as compensation. And I agreed and I got the “free” manicure, (otherwise I would have left), but when I was leaving she stopped me and told me that I had to pay!!!!! Even the person who was next to her told her that she did say FREE OF CHARGE because of the last two bad manicures!

Young does my nails and always does an amazing job. She’s meticulous and shapes them amazing! Everyone is super friendly and appointments are usually available short notice!

Clean facility, however, buyer beware. They are nickel and dimers. The manicure was $40 which should include taking polish off. At this place you pay for every single aspect. Removal of polish alone, not part of the manicure price was $5.00. They did not soak hands, remove cuticles, buff nails. What normally takes 45-60 minutes took 20.

Good experience, affordable rates for a regular manicure for that area which was surprising. Clean and pleasing building, and they are appointment only due to COVID, yet our party of 4 was able to make a last minute appointment for the same day before they closed. Staff was very attentive. Only thing is that they charge for some extras, such as drying your nails, or more “protective” polishes that can be an additional $5. They even give free massages while your nails dry.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueTerrible job on my nails!! They rushed and they look awful. They are the most unfriendly business I have ever entered in my life… super unprofessional. They gave me trouble when I wanted to tip on my card even though there are signs that say you CAN tip on card.. I would not recommend this place at all. I will NOT be returning. So mean. No one even said hi to my mom and I when we walked in. And it was not cheap…My review is 100% honest. The manager basically chased me to my car to harass me about writing this review. That is unprofessional and childish… I felt very threatened by this. Never chase a customer to their car and yell at them for writing a review. Get better customer service. Ps. Today was my first experience at Lusso Nails – it was AMAZING!!! Chris was my nail technician & she took the BEST care of me!!! I had an appointment for 12p (which I sat right down when I walked through the door) for a gel manicure & can I say from when I sat down I was treated the best!!! The staff was nice & greeted me as I walked in the door as well!! This will NOT be my last visit & I will send my coworkers there!! Chris is NOW going to be my girl to go to !!!
