The lady, Hannah I believe is her name, was very nice and friendly. I came in for dip powder nails and she was able to shape and finish my nails really quickly. I was ready to make this my new place because the atmosphere was great and my regular place is 40 minutes away. I gave the low rating because they charge $35 for the dip set ($30 most places ive been) and only do two coats. Most nail shops ive gone to layer at least three times. My nails began chipping within a week. Very disappointed they were made so thin they wouldn’t last the typical 20+ days to grow out. I had to get them re-done elsewhere a week after.

Went in today to get an appointment and Hannah said she had none but the shop was empty. I ask what I did wrong and she said I needed to take a break. Had been trying to call for over a month with no return calls.I have been going here for at least 3 to 4 years.. I don’t know what I did but they could at least call me and let me know. That is at least common courtesy. Will honor her wish and not go back.

Went into this place today wanting to get a pedicure and eye brow wax, it says Walk INS welcome, I was told I’m all booked up for today. That’s it not I have some openings tomorrow or would you like to make an appointment to come back nothing just “I’m booked for today” I’ve been a hairdresser/barber for over 2 decades and that’s not good business customer service or anything else you should always ask the client especially in new one if they would like to make an appointment for a different day instead of just rudely saying I’m all booked up today…. I’ll spend my money elsewhere and I will not recommend at all. Just shameful

Walked in at 330pm on a Tuesday wanting a pedicure for myself and daughter without making an appt but at that time I figured they weren’t busy, and like I thought they only had 1 lady getting a manicure. The owner told us they couldn’t do either of us and it would be 20 min, but he was sitting there not doing anything while he filed his own nails. I was really disappointed bc this was my favorite nail place, but I won’t be going back.
