Lovely experience for a first time manicure! The staff was SO kind. I was a bit nervous as I’d never done anything like that as a guy but I’m glad my mom took me. The store, chairs and tubs were so luxurious and clean. The massage, exfoliation, cut and scraping was so worth it! Price was reasonable as well. I’ll definitely be back 🙂

I have only lived in Wilmington for 4 months and have not been able to find time to pamper myself with a nail day. After a long, hard week I decided to “walk-in” to a place for some designated “me time” and I am so happy I chose Lush Nails to be my one and only stop. Nancy was so sweet, thorough and attentive during my pedicure and manicure. She took her time on each nail rounding them perfectly. The atmosphere was calming and you can tell each Nail Tech takes care of their clients. I will definitely be returning!!

Went with my husband and asked for classic pedicures. I asked for regular white polish and for my nails to be filed down. Although they were busy, the nail techs were friendly and attentive. We were offered a complimentary drink once we sat down. We felt well taken care of and the massages were great.

I went to have a quick manicure the night before a funeral. They did not have the two colors I wanted to begin with, so the woman gave me a pink nail polish. It was acceptable… until the next morning when I woke up and the pink she had put on had turned to a gold yellow color. I had only taken a shower between the time I had my nails done and the time the color changed. When I went back in the man said I must’ve used hair dye because it would never have done that. I told him I had had gel nails for many years and I have never had that happen either and wanted to know if he could fix it. He said it was my fault and they wouldn’t fix it apparently I was going to have to pay for a new color? No thanks! I didn’t even get a full manicure and I was charged $30 and gave a $10 tip the first time. I don’t dye my own hair and never had my hair dyed that week but either way I won’t be going back.

Would not recommend if you do regular polish. My nail polish starting bubbling at the tips within 24 hours and peeling off. I’ve been a couple of times before with the same outcome. I thought I would give them one more try because I was in a pinch. The other times I’ve been the polish lasted 2-3 days before the bubbling started. I get regular polish all the time and this is the only place I’ve had a problem. Regular polish will last 2 weeks with my normal manicurist. I stopped by and was told regular polish is not guaranteed. Only gel polish. I would not recommend the unless you only use gel.

I needed a random place to get my nails done… I stumbled upon this one and was BLOWN away. The salon is so pretty inside and very clean, the employees are very friendly and their attention to detail is impeccable. The guy who did my nails even got out a file to smooth out my nail a little AFTER I already paid!! Highly recommend this salon.

I love this salon. Billy is amazing at doing pedicures. And the customer service is above and beyond. One gentlemen (i forgot his name), has done my nails twice now and each time I’ve been so happy with them, he is very detailed. Also it was pouring down raining and they walked me to my car with an umbrella. Thank you lush nails! I’ll be back.
