Worse customer services I ever experienced. I never write reviews but I wanna help as many people as I can. Long story short I went in for a fill in and the guy couldn’t do anything I asked for . When I left the shop the next day the polish came right off. The guy wanted me to come back at 5pm to fix it when I told him my flight leaves I need it fix or my money back he said your gonna have to wait we’re busy. It was a Sunday and they were taking walkins plz save yourself the stress. They just over price and want money . I’ll never go back didn’t even let them fix it I just took it as a loss.

My mother and I went to get pampered before her special day in Hawaii for our vacation/college graduation ceremony instead of getting pampered the feeling was more of being tampered with Horrible experience do not waste your time money and energy going here … I got a gel mani and pedi … the quickest pedi/mani ever. On top of that my gel on my nails is so thick it’s already pealing and lifting it’s been less than 24 hrs my mom nail broke already so she has to receive her college degree with a broken nail the manicure was me placing my hands in cold water and getting fingernails dried nothing like a manicure relaxing feeling as well as the pedicure it was so rushed I will never go back to this establishment ever I should’ve stayed with my original nail tech /salon Kim Nails !!! Located on Watson Blvd next to Krispy Kreme’s their service is superb and your money is well spent they don’t rush your experience they use the cuticle oils and everything… I wish I could press a stop payment for Lush nail most rushed experience ever!! Don’t waste your money

$87 for a simple manicure and pedicure. I got gel polish. Single color on my toes and clear gel polish with one single color for a “French tip.” No acrylic, just my natural nails. Not even a little over a week later my gel polish has pretty much all peeled off and one of my nails has broken. Not worth the money, $87 is a joke for what I got. It barely took anytime at all for them to do my mani-pedi. Don’t waste your money here. The photo shows my gel that has peeled and all my nails look like that. 0/10. Waste of money.

I do not recommend this salon. I go here every 3 weeks for a gel manicure. The manicures are always inconsistent so I never know if it will last the three weeks or three days. This last time I had a manicure it started chipping after 3 days. I went back in to have them fix it and they were less than pleased. I specifically told him to just take off the current gel and put the same color back on. I made sure he did nothing to resemble a full manicure because I knew they would try and charge me. At the end, he proceeds to tell me I owe $30… I asked for what and he said that I got a manicure which I DID NOT. I purely asked for the color to be fixed which should have been $15 max. The manager offered me $25 but again… the prior poorly done manicure was not my fault and I did not get a full manicure. This is not the first time I’ve had this experience and I will never return to this business. I am sick of nail salons constantly up-charging customers and sneaking in extra fees.
