ive been for lash extensions and a lash lift and loved both! the extensions were great and the person who applied them (don’t remember her name :/) was great! the lash lift was also amazing, it lasted me so long even with my very stubborn lashes. the growing out period for lift was kind of annoying because some of my lashes were permed and some weren’t so it looked weird. But great experience overall! will recommend to everybody!

Had a lash lift and tint and it was incredible. Salon was clean safety protocol were top notch. It was my first time with the lash lift and my technician was awesome she explained what she was doing step by step told me what to do and what not to do to have the most successful lift. I went in for the lash perm/lift two weeks ago and was completed disappointed. After following the instructions correctly, not wetting my lashes for 24 hours — they were clumped together when they should’ve been separated. The stylist was unprofessional; when I asked her what the different sizes were, she listed them out, but when I asked for more information – what is the difference between them – she had no explanation and simply went on to repeat the options. As a first-timer, I really wanted to understand what my options were, but the customer service was not there. Now two weeks later, my lashes are flat (they were supposed to last 6 weeks). This was a very upsetting experience.
