I come to this place very regularly because of one nail artist who is extremely patient and usually good. She is also gentle on my nails. Despite being a regular customer, what I experienced today (and the last 2 visits) was very sub par customer care. The place was empty and yet they created an artificial sense of urgency as I picked the nail color. I walked away feeling dissatisfied with the work as well as how comfortable the owner was to treating someone who is a regular in a very unprofessional way. I rate it a 2 star because I am unsure if I will go back to give it one last try before I give up.

I never leave reviews for anything but my experience here wasn’t very pleasant. I was forced to make an account just to write this review. I came to Luminous nails to take off the gel on both my fingers and toenails from the last time I came. The owner’s wife that did my pedicure had an attitude and she didn’t seem so happy while doing her job. Also every little thing they offer here they charge a lot more than what I expected. Very expensive for a manicure and pedicure. Overall, very bad experience. I will never come again.

I was in a rush looking for a salon to do my nails and i chose this salon randomly and the man that did my nails did an AMAZING job! He did a beautiful coffin shape and left no acrylic under my nails. He was also careful with his drill on my cuticles and finger tips. He as well fixed the nail polish on my pointer finger after I scratched it with another nail. I don’t mind the 20 minute drive just to get my nails done here again.
