I went in for a fill on a set from another salon that was done so poorly. Both my techs fixed my nails right up! They’re absolutely beautiful now and the length I wanted! Love this place! Took my 8 yr old to get her 1st pedicure and they treat her so well. This was also my 1st time here and we will deftly be back! They made us feel very welcome and didn’t rush us out the door even though I know it was close to closing time for them. I went to Luminous two days ago to receive a standard pedicure (not gel). I was preparing for a vacation. Upon treatment, without asking, the women working on my toes decided to cut what she thought was an ingrown toenail (it was not). I was unaware this was happening (I was looking at my phone) until I felt a sharp pain. I looked down to see she was pulling on a good sliver of my toenail. The next day I started to experience swelling and pain in the whole toe nail. I actually had to remove the nail polish so I could take a better look at what was going on. I couldn’t sleep through the night because of the discomfort. I couldn’t walk the next day. I went to urgent care the second day (today) post pedicure to find out I had an infected toe nail. I am now on antibiotics right before I go on my vacation. Awesome.

I have gone to this place for a few years and never had a problem till today. I showed them what I wanted and did the complete opposite. The colors are wrong and the paint job wasn’t good. My sister also got her nails done the paint job was not good either. I payed $100 total and I am beyond mad. I cried in my car after.
