Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Valuei’m very upset with this place , i called and made an appointment with catalina i showed up half an hour before my appointment to ensure that i wouldn’t wait like they normally make me do when i make an appointment, then they told me catalina wasn’t coming which i found very unprofessional as she was aware that she had an appointment and they hadn’t even called me before hand to inform that she wasn’t going to be there but i forgave it and moved on and was told that someone else could take me but that i would only have to wait 30 minutes !!! i was told 30 minutes and waited 2 hours!! there was even a girl free just sitting on her door phone doing nothing but i figured maybe they don’t want her doing nails. while i was waiting , an hour in to me waiting another client walked in with NO APPOINTMENT and asked for her nails to be fixed and immediately she was attended and sat in a chair with the girl that was on her phone the whole time i was waiting. i kept waiting and waiting and eventually walked out , the service was absolutely terrible and unjust . im a very understanding person and typically never write reviews but i felt that service was just terrible and even considering that i had AN APPOINTMENT and even then a walk in was give service before me. like i said in the beginning this isn’t the first time they always have me wait extensive times even with an appointment . it’s safe to say i’ll never be returning here especially after the service they’ve providedService: Acrylic nailsi’m very upset with this place , i called and made an appointment with catalina i showed up half an hour before my appointment to ensure that i wouldn’t wait like they normally make me do when i make an appointment, then they told me …More

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, ValueI like this salon because it’s clean and comfy. The ladies are nice and polite. They talked me into trying the SNS (dip powder) instead of acrylic. So I tried it and nails do look beautiful. My lady tried her best to match the picture I showed her and I appreciate her very much for that. I will come back. Hoping these SNS nails do last as long or almost as long as acrylics. I like this salon because it’s clean and comfy. The ladies are nice and polite. They talked me into trying the SNS (dip powder) instead of acrylic. So I tried it and nails do look beautiful. My lady tried her best to match the picture I showed her and I appreciate her very much for that. I will come back. Hoping these SNS nails do last as long or almost as long as acrylics. We shall see.
