Critical: QualityI got my nails refilled here last week. I asked for French tips, and they did a terrible job. You could see where I had gotten them refilled before and they didn’t file off all of the gel polish from before. I ended up coming back and getting them just black because I couldn’t stand them. Now the gel is starting to come up on the sides of my nails. In all the times I’ve gotten mine done, they have never done this let alone done this so soon after getting them done. I got my nails refilled here last week. I asked for French tips, and they did a terrible job. You could see where I had gotten them refilled before and they didn’t file off all of the gel polish from before. I ended up coming back and getting them just black because I couldn’t stand them. Now the gel is starting to come up on the sides of my nails. In all the times I’ve gotten mine done, they have never done this let alone done this so soon after getting them done. I would not recommend getting your nails done here.

The pedicure was really nice & technician did a nice job. The nail technicians also did a nice job with the nail application itself, but became very argumentative when I had concerns with the colors they had chosen to use for the nail art. Rather than listen and try to understand what I was concerned about (or bring someone over they might have less of a language barrier) they spoke loudly & expressing their frustration to me over my simple color concern (& loud enough that it created a scene where other patrons took notice). It seemed they were then berating me in their native language. Very frustrating and embarrassing & all because I asked for a simple quick change so the colors would match better. I couldn’t get out of there fast enough. To the owner(s) – that was not necessary and I won’t be back. That’s not how you treat customers. At least pretend to care about your customers!

I think that he did a great job with the shape but the nails look dirty because there are so many bubbles. There was also dried clear polish that I am still having to peel off. The price is great if the nails are too. Acrylic nails

Also wouldn’t do my grand daughters nails first and we were there for her birthday. Then he proceeded to put someone else who’s appointment was 30 minutes after hers before her. Basically he did bad quality wasn’t friendly, and was just not respectful. Communications Class
This salon is not up to health code for cleanliness nor is anyone who works there state certified. Owner is super rude. When it’s time to remove old acrylic nails, he rips them off!!! No soaking!!! 0 stars! Acrylic nails
