Lumin Lash – Riverstone is super nice and clean. Very calm & spa like. Tammy is very gentle, attentive and most importantly, knowledgeable. Although I’ve been wearing lash extensions for over 12+ yrs, this was my first time at this lash studio, I want to stay on the safe and make sure my lashes/eyes wouldn’t have a reaction. I asked for a very natural look and got exactly what I was looking for. I will probably go for a more fuller style on my next refill. Booking service is efficient; they confirm via texts and checkout process is also good. They are not pushy with their marketing. Overall the staff is welcoming and I would definitely recommend!!!

The lashes are great. However, she burnt my lower brow when she did my eyebrow wax. I know she didn’t mean for it to happen but she didn’t even bother to tell me that this happened until i saw my face when i got home. She kept on rubbing it with oil. She could have used aloe instead.

Tammy is professional & diligent. She is gentle enough that I fall asleep while she does my lashes. She is always very thorough and listens to what I want carefully so she can do my lashes exactly how I want. She lets me try out different lengths and curls so I can figure out what my preferences are. Also, I never have to wait once I check in. My lashes are always so cute when she’s done – I love them more than the many last sets I’ve been getting at other lash places around Houston. Retention is great while daily cleaning & brushing. I went 3 weeks before my next refill and was impressed by how little my lashes shed. I’ve not had to try other techs so I can’t speak on anyone else, but Tammy is really great. 120% satisfied with the location, cleanliness, and service of Lumin Lash.

I’ve been searching for a great lash place and so far so good here. I’ve done my lashes twice so far with Kelly and she listens to what I want and makes it happen. These last 3-4 weeks. They don’t fall out like some other places do in clumps. I think it’s the glue and the care instructions. I bought the lash cleaning set and it works great to keep my lashes looking fresh. The girls at the front are very knowledgeable, sweet, and helpful. The only thing I don’t like is having to pay a deposit to book each time. I understand why, but don’t feel like it’s necessary for this type of service.

I’m so glad I stumbled upon Lumin. It’s more expensive than my last lash place, but they are totally worth it! Haley (front desk) is SO sweet. When I booked online incorrectly, she called to make sure that what I entered online was actually what I wanted since it was not consistent with my last visit. The location itself is very clean and calming. The appointment booking process is so convenient and easy. And I love that they’re open until 7:00pm so I can go after work.

This place is very welcoming and clean. The personnel are friendly and professional. I have been more than pleased with my lashes. I wanted a natural but full look and that’s what I have. I’ve experienced very few lashes falling out between refills. I absolutely love Kelly’s work. She is the best! Bottom line, I love this place. Lumin Lash works for me!!!

The service here is Amazing!! A clean spa like atmosphere is what I was introduced to along with my lash technician Bee. I explained what style I was looking for and she did just that with gentle hands and extreme care she removed the lashes that were previously on. So please with the result! The lashes available are light on the eyes with various styles for everyone. This place is definitely my new home for luscious lashes.
