My sister, mom and I came in for a try on run for lash extensions for my upcoming wedding and were greeted with open arms by all very friendly staff members.. we left there feeling like friends rather then just clients. Not to mention both ladies did a great job on all of us.. we will Forsure be back and will happily refer them to friends and family.. thank you lume lash!! My sister, mom and I came in for a try on run for lash extensions for my upcoming wedding and were greeted with open arms by all very friendly staff members.. we left there feeling like friends rather then just clients. When I explained the situation, they made me feel so welcomed and comfortable and took care of me right away. The girl Daija who did my eyebrows was so gentle and kind. She did a beautiful job and I left as a very happy customer. I will be returning to them for my future waxing needs. I came from a different business that offered waxing services in the same mall and was very dissatisfied. When I explained the situation, they made me feel so welcomed and comfortable and took care of me right away. The girl Daija who did my eyebrows was so gentle and kind. I called last minute in desperate need of a fill from a previous set from a different tech & this was the only place that was reasonably priced and was willing to fix someone else’s work. I had the pleasure of working with Victoria who is nothing less of AMAZING. Not only is she extremely friendly and outgoing, you can tell she has a true passion for health/beauty & she makes sure her client leaves happy. It was a pretty lengthy process but I appreciate her precision and again, she was working over a mess of someone else’s work so I didn’t mind the time. I called last minute in desperate need of a fill from a previous set from a different tech & this was the only place that was reasonably priced and was willing to fix someone else’s work.
