I was very dissatisfied with my service… beautiful place nice people but my hair service was not up to par. I’ve gotten highlights done for many years I stopped and experimented with color and changed it up and decided let me go back to my highlight. I removed majority of my color with a color remover but I know the lengthy process of going with a highlighted blonde look again.

THE BEST!!!!!! Kudos to Susan, my used to be regular stylist and Christina. Nicole is my regular stylist since my Susan who I had for years retired. She truly is such a pro and my hair comes out exactly as I hoped for each time. From balayage to haircut I’m so happy I found her. This was the ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD. I SCHEDULED WITH KARISSA…AND SHE RUINED MY HAIR. BETWEEN THE HAIRCUT AND COLOR. IT TOOK 7 FULL MONTHS B4 MY HAIR FINALLY HEALED. IT WAS SO BAD I HAD TO WEAR WIGS . AND SHE ALSO TREATED ME LIKE I WAS AN ANNOYANCE TO HER. NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO TO LULUS OR ANYWHERE ELSE BC I AM TRAUMATIZED BY THIS EXPERIENCE. SO BEWARE ALL….LULUS CLAIM TO KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING….BUT THEY REALLY DONT. PLUS THEY CHARGE MORE MONEY THEN ANYONE ON THE ISLAND AND SEND YOU OUT THE DOOR BROKE AND WITH HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AMD RUINED HAIR. I DONT KNOW HOW THAT PLACE IS STILL IN BUSINESS HONESTLY. I’ve been going to Ali for 6 years and I adore her. She has completely transformed my hair and is always consistent in delivering quality work. I recommend her any time someone mentions needing some help with their hair. She’s mastered blondes and creative colors. She’s always made me feel comfortable and uses her knowledge to steer me in the right direction when I’m unsure. It’s been a joy going to her so long and not only walking away with great hair but, an amazing friendship. Wish I could give 10 stars!

Melissa is amazing! I’ve been seeing her for years now and I couldn’t recommend her enough. Her styling skills are fantastic and I have never been disappointed after seeing her (she has provided cut, color, and styling services for me in the past). Most recently she did my hair for my wedding this past September and it could not have been more perfect!! It was beautiful, comfortable to wear all night, and I was never afraid it would fall out or flatten.

I haven’t been into a salon in over 5 years due to a botched experience and it completely derailed my trust in a stylist to do my hair, I’ve done my own ever since. I desperately needed a hair cut and was very hesitant. I asked for recommendations, so many people recommended Lulus! I made an appointment for a cut with Ali. As I went into the salon, and sat waiting for a few minutes my anxiety level was off the charts! Ali approached me and was so vibrant and kind! Right off the bat, she made me feel in amazing hands! She was so easy to open up to. She did an amazing job chopping off over 8 inches of my hair! Such a great experience with her! Everyone in general there seemed very approachable and sweet! Definitely will be going back to Lulus, especially to Ali when I need upkeep!

Got so tired of paying outlandish prices I asked my neighbor where she got her hair done. That was over 4 years ago. Was stunned by the way these young women work together. They are in sync with each other and accommodating to their clients. Their prices are affordable, and they are very local for me.
