Not really impressed with my nails. I have a nail lady that I go to before but I haven’t done my nails in awhile due to my job. I decided to get them done again and maybe try a different nail lady this time. So this is my first time here at this place. I believe it was the owner/manager that did my nails and she was very very rushed. My nails turned out unpolished and with lots of ugly bumps. I have gotten my nails done many times before and its never taken under an hour to complete my nails but this place did it in 30 min. The quality of my nails is horrible. I paid $70 plus tip and it was horrible rushed service. Definitely do not recommend.

This has been my go to place for a decade. I can’t praise them enough! Kim is a master of her craft, she always gives me exactly what I ask for. She even got my mother to get hers done (something she’s never really been into) and my mom was very pleased and said she felt like she had new hands.

I came in and asked for a full set of nails and After an hour and a 1/2 or so I was so upset that I just paid and walked out and started crying in my car because I just wanted to do something nice for myself. I asked for ballerina coffin short full set of nails and what I got is what is shown below. This is beauty school quality and I was still charged $75. I heard the owner on the phone with another client that was not happy and I can only assume it was from the same nail Tech as the other people that were in there seemed to know what they were doing the owner explained that the person would need to come in and speak specifically to that nail tech and have them fix it. After I heard that and I was so incredibly upset over these nails I decided it was best not even to say anything because if she can’t even do it right the 1st time then what makes me think I need to waste more of my time coming in to have them fixed. I believe her name was Mahi. I’m sorry but these were so horrible they were the worst set I’ve ever gotten this person needs to practice more of that style or not offer to do them. I’m only giving 2 stars because the owner was hospitable and I really liked that her shop was clean.

Ehh….. made appointment for 1230 and was not seen until about 220. They took MULTIPLE walk ins before myself and my daughter even though we had an appointment made at least 24 hours in advance. Manager told me they could do the design I wanted (a butterfly) then when someone finally took me I was told that if I wanted a butterfly on my nails I’d have to come back for another appointment in a couple hours because they weren’t able to do so. So after waiting 2 hours after my appointment time I couldn’t even get the nails I wanted and some ended up being lopsided. I am extremely disappointed and would not recommend this place to anyone. It was a HORRIBLE first time experience with this salon. It was awful!!

Cassie is AMAZING!! Had my nails done in Reno. I wasn’t happy with the thickness and how I had to go back to get two nails fixed the very next day. I waited until I needed a fill. Whoever was calling the shots around there (owner/ manager) was so super nice. Though during my pedicure the neighboring tech was having fits with my tech over her supply cart. Pretty uncomfortable and awkward. Unhappy about the automatic grinder used on my feet and the scabbing and pain it’s left to my big toe (we’re 3 weeks out and starting to finally heal) I guess the topper was the XXX.XX bill for the service that was not disclosed that I paid. And because of the way I do things still gave my 20%.
