First time visit. Has a Spa pedicure. The salon is beautifully decorated and mostly clean-ish. It could use a thorough deep clean. I placed my bag on the floor next to my pedi chair then picked it up to get something, only to find what looked like sugar scrub on the bottom!! Ewww. The pedicure foot soak tubs are lined with a clean liner per each use. BUT the manicurist poked a hole in it mid way through to change the water, which is great except now I wonder if they clean the tubs between use or do they just put a new liner in. My pedicure was wonderful. It included massage, parading wax treatment, nail clipping, cuticle removal, and polish. The nail techs were chatting with one another in their primary language. My friend and I chatted in ours. It felt a little impersonal but not awkward. They are super fast. I tipped 20% because who knows what the base rate of pay is, if the woman who provided my pedicure is an owner or employee, etc etc. I will probably return if I am ever in the Merrimack area again.

Michael is very welcoming with warm hello and offering wine and other beverages. Michelle was the one who did my nails and they came out amazing. Mark , Amy , Candi , and Mye, Karr. are the sweetest they take thier time and really focus on what you want done. This place is beautifully set up. Can’t wait to come back!! I went for a pedicure with my sister last night. The technicians never asked us what kind of pedicure that we wanted and we were chatting and realized that we were getting a basic pedi so that’s on us. The pedi was barely 3o minutes long. She was responsiveness to my ticklish feet which was good but no massage, she rubbed the lotion on but without pressure. When she nicked my paint, she said ” I will fix ” but just put clear on top of it, when I tried to tell her that that wouldn’t fix it she said yes yes it will, but it didn’t, there is a lump of polish. My sister had little bit better experience but was rushed. Very disappointed.

The whole purpose of me making a visit was so I could get my dip color removed which I know does not cost much, so in the interest of not just booking a low cost service and to give you guys business I booked a spa pedicure as well, why not treat yourself. When my pedicure was done, I was told there was no time to remove my dip and to have to schedule it another day. This is something that take not too long to do. Lack of customer care, very frustrating. Did not even make an effort to have me wait to see if anyone could try and do it, nor was she apologetic or anything for the mix up in what the appointment I actually asked for was.
