Love this place! Amazing nails, reasonably priced. Yuki is very skillful and is expert in making my acrylic tips strong and beautifully shaped in very good time. The nails last and they do NOT break. Her designs are hand-painted and look wonderful. She takes the time to file all sides of my nails, including the underside, and makes sure that the acrylic and my real nails are sealed tight. That’s so important.

New management!! They are so professional and kind. They take their time and do a great job. I stopped coming for my manicure (acrylic with designs) because the previous owner was terrible. The wait time and quality was horrendous. I only would come to do my pedicures with Fang. She does such quality work. Thankfully, the new owners kept her!! So happy I can go back to getting my pedis/manis done in one place.

I regularly went here for Pedicures so I figured I’d try to do a Manicure… NEVER AGAIN. Only 2 women working, both working on multiple clients at once. Soaked off my gel polish instead of using a drill which destroyed the acrylic I already had. Worker had cut me multiple times during the manicure, didn’t shape my nails correctly, huffed and puffed over needing to give me a second coat of polish when it looked patchy. The paint job was rushed and then she proceeded to try to convince me to get a pedicure. When I declined, she charged my friends pedicure onto my card WITHOUT ASKING. After I signed she then ASKED FOR A TIP. Never coming here again.

I’ve been coming here for years and for the first time I was so unsatisfied with my visit- I felt like the designer was giving me attitude the entire time, she aggressively was handling my nails, and didn’t give me a proper French manicure- I asked for tips and she cut them incredibly short and they have a pink undertone! I felt like I was going crazy, maybe it’s just me, but I never complain and everyone I’ve spoken to says these look horrible. I’ve left a 5 star review previously but unfortunately because of my visit I have to edit my review- I would give zero stars, especially because as I was drying my nails the lady goes “silly girl” and continues to mock me in Chinese. No refund provided.

I walked in to have a gel manicure and pedicure. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. I noticed that they were new owners. The owner before was not very clean , they already started to update the store with new manicure tables and front desk. They are updated the store everyday. If you live in the New Hyde Park / Floral Park area and need a new nail place Give Them A Try they are Very nice and Proffessional. She did a great job in my nails and my pedicure was like a spa . Loved it

I enjoyed visiting this nail salon the owner is very polite and professional unfortunately the woman who did my pedicure did not do such a good job, polish on my cuticles which I did not notice until someone else pointed it out, i don’t have very good vision, mom’s manicure was really pretty and done beautifully but started to chip off within days! Unbelievable!! I always check reviews beforehand and this salon had a 5 star rating.I guess we just visited on an off day.I would like to visit again and give them another try.
