The wait time is ridiculous even when there’s hardly anyone in there. They use to do my pedicures awesome, not so much anymore. After my feet were done still had to come home and scrape a little skin off my own feet smh. . I must say though they are wonderful people and so nice Pedicure

EXTREMELY disappointed in my experience at Lucky Nails. It was my first time ever going and I had gotten recommendations from friends that get acrylic there. I went and got dip which chipped on THREE nails a mere TWO days later. I’ve been regularly getting dip for about 2 years now and have NEVER had a single nail chip that soon, let alone 3. For $45, I’m shocked at the results. If you’re looking to pay upwards of 50 bucks (including tip) for dip that’s going to crack and chip within 48hrs, this is the place!

My mother and i walked in to this business for the first time hoping to get a mani/pedi. I stood at the service desk for longer than 5 minutes hoping to get help, no acknowledgement whatsoever. Sat down and moments later an employee came to the desk, helped themselves and left. So much for customer service . I immediately looked for another place (magic nails) and got much better service. Never coming back to this place. Magic nails is farther away but worth the drive.

Great nails for a great price! We were the first appointment of the day so no wait for us although you could tell this place was going to get busy fast! Taking off a star because of lack of cleanliness (nail dust everywhere, stations not cleaned from the night before) and staff could have been friendlier.

Call ahead and make an appointment with Sandy for nails. Everyone else in there has been hit or miss. There’s one other person in there that I trust with my nails; I think her name is Gina but I’m not sure. Sandy does a really good job and makes sure you leave happy.

Fully staffed so I was able to get right in without waiting more than 5 minutes and being juggled around with different people working on my nails like some nail salons do..and nails looked amazing!
