Critical: QualityI just moved to the area and Ive been looking for a local nail salon when I came across this one. I came in for a manicure and pedicure after seeing some nice reviews online.I usually don’t write reviews but being that I found this place through reviews I felt it was necessary to share this experience so others can avoid this place. My manicure came out okay so I thought my pedicure would be decent as well. The woman who did my pedicure cut up my toes so bad that another woman came rushing over to teach her how to properly cut the nails. That situation already made me uncomfortable but I let her finish the pedicure anyway. She then showed me where to sit to let the nails dry and not even a minute later she’s waving the bill in my face. I gave her my credit card for the bill thinking I’d be able to sit and let my nails dry for a few minutes before leaving. She immediately came over with my card and the receipt and asked if I had cash for a tip. I told her yes. Then she stood over me asking if I needed change. I said no I have, I’m waiting for my nails to dry. She said they were dry and went to check them even though she just painted them and I sat there drying for all of 60 seconds. She smudged the nails she just painted and ignored it. I put my shoes on, put $10 on the table and ran out of there. I paid a total of $97 for a manicure and pedicure that came out absolutely HORRIFIC. I just moved to the area and Ive been looking for a local nail salon when I came across this one. I came in for a manicure and pedicure after seeing some nice reviews online.I usually don’t write reviews but being that I found this place through reviews I felt it was necessary to share this experience so others can avoid this place.
