Danielle did a touch up $50 Keratin treatment $130 and trim $40. Roots were bright red after touch up! When I said something she said come by the window it’s the lighting here over the chair! She starts combing through it to prepare for Keratin than says it’s not right it’s a quick fix 20 minutes later still the same. She makes another attempt at the roots no change. 1 1/2 hours later she starts Keratin. Roots still bright red.. I do have grey roots. I think maybe she’s not used to doing seniors with grey roots. This was done 6/8/22. Hair is frizzy Keratin didn’t last it’s now 7/17/2022. I wash my hair about every 3-4 days. I have had Keratin 4 other times all lasted 4-5 months. Each time hair cut was included with touch up or keratin. I messaged Danielle several times she never offered to fix it. I always used sulfate free products I waited 3 days to wash. My Daughter in law had Her Keratin done By Danielle also hers didn’t last more than 5 weeks! I have to say Danielle was nice. She is the owner I expected better. The 2nd pic shows my hair before Keratin. After I wash it notice bottom right dent in hair. After Keratin dent is still there. Danielle told me to take a flat iron to it! I never had this issue before. After Keratin my hair has always been smooth and shiny. Maybe it’s the global Keratin she used? I’ve never heard of that brand. Very Disappointed

What an amazing experience with Danielle! Lucid was highly recommended to me by a few local women who had fabulous experiences at this salon. I’ve had a few really horrible times with stylists not listening to me or doing mediocre at best highlights and this was the complete opposite at Lucid! From the moment I sat down in Danielle’s chair I felt connected and comfortable with her. I told her about my Groupon gone wrong haircut last year and she listened with empathy and reassured me she had 19 years of experience. She did not try to upsale me on products or extra treatments which I so appreciate. She cut and styled my hair to perfection and gave recommendations for my hair type and style. I will 100000% be back. I cannot say enough good things about Lucid Salon! ❤️

I loved my experience at this salon. I have gotten blonde highlights from several salons in the Chicago suburb area, but this is truly one of the best. Heather did the highlights and styled my hair, and even after hours of being outside in the wind my hair still looked great. After I washed my hair, it was still very soft. The level of blonde is exactly what I was looking for too. Will be coming back!

Very disappointed with hair color, turned yellow after a week, Danielle offered to fix it but would charge me again. Also charged me $45.00 for a light hair cut. So over a $100. Later needless to say Very disappointed. Would not recommend Hair coloring

Jen did a marvelous job fixing a huge coloring mistake done by Cosmetology and Spa Academy in Schaumburg, IL. They turned my hair red after specifically saying I didn’t want to see any red. I was devastated. Jen explained what she was going to do and what the outcome would be. She listened and my hair is far better than before. She covered the red with as many blonde hi-lights as possible. I have another appointment with her when it’s time for a touch up. Jen is very professional and she knows what she’s doing. Thankfully, now I have a new stylist and I can forgo beauty schools. I’m extremely happy with my hair!

I absolutely LOVE this salon! Not just for my very talented hair stylist, Annie BUT for the the salon itself as well. Always good tunes on the speaker and the stylists all seem to get along which makes for a harmonious atmosphere and visit while there.
