I would give seven stars if I could. Debbie was amazing. I feel brand new after an hour session with her. She was very professional and definitely knows what she is doing. I felt very comfortable in the room and the atmosphere was very calming. Prices are much more reasonable than I expected. I will be making recurring appointments on a regular basis now.

This is THE place to go for a massage. They handle all sorts of things ranging from pure relaxation to sports injuries. They have a great waiting room with lots of free little snacks, water and tea to brew, and other goodies. The staff members are extremely professional and well trained with each having gone to school to become liscensed to practice massage therapy. They also put a large emphasis on continuing education, and each staff member must continue to develop their education and expertise through courses or seminars, etc. They have an amazing infrared sauna and you can rack up sauna minutes each time you go in for a massage. They also use the latest technology to send out appointment reminders and confirmation of appointments scheduled among other things. They can do hot rock therapy, Swedish massage, deep tissue, and many other styles of massage therapy I have never tried. Awesome place. I highly recommend it. They have grown so popular so quickly that they are moving to a new, much larger building before much longer. Definitely a popular place. If you’ve never had a massage, get one, and go to Sticks and Stones.

Wonderful staff, best pIace for a tailored massage to fix my aches and pains. I recommend Lee and all her other therapists. Got a deep tissue massage and a peppermint scrub. Priced better then most other places. No other place to go.

Amy and Lee have saved my ability to work. Without twice monthly massages from Amy, I wouldn’t be able to lift my heavy DJ music equipment without pulling a chronic injury under my left shoulder blade. In the past, I would pull that muscle and it would swell and press on a vertebral disc which would, in turn, cause extreme nerve pain to shoot down the back of my arm from the tricep to my outer half of my left hand. This would cause my pinky and ring fingers on that hand to go numb and render that hand virtually unusable. Thanks to regular, frequent massages at Sticks & Stones, I have not had a problem with this muscle and nerve pain (which is excruciating, mind you) since I started going there to see Amy about a year ago. She’s saved my back and my ability to work. Now I can still do what I love to do full time. I’m a wedding DJ, and I was deathly afraid of having to give that up due to this injury. Thanks Amy and Sticks and Stones! You’ve saved me a life of constant agony. cannot thank you enough!
