LT Nails are very detailed oriented. I use to go to them couple years back and then pink polish came into Rolla they are okay but LT Nails welcomes walk-in and are nice to you. Unlike the other when they say too busy now can’t do. LT Nails are Number One in my book

I had gone to a different place to get my nails filled. 1st I wanted the stiletto style nail and the guy told me basically that it couldn’t be done because my nails were too wide then after getting them filled I had 2 nails break within 2 days. So, I went into Lt Nails and not only did he fix my nails that were broken, he was able to get my nails how I wanted them in the 1st place and he explained to me how the Gel Nail Polish lasts longer which is awesome. He was also very friendly and listened to what I had to say

Critical: QualityVery fast to get me in but there quality of worked sucked. The whole time I was in there the man was on facetime with his friend and didn’t talk to me at all and they were not very friendly. Would not recommend going there. Every time I get my nails done here I remember why I go to Pink Polish instead. They do great pedicures, I’m assuming because I never look too close at them. But manicures are terrible. Always looks roughly done, as if I did them at home.

My Girlfriend went here and they made the French tip to thick when she wanted an ombré. Totally wrong she got these two days ago and they’re already lifting. And her nails are crooked like on her thumb here. She’s to nice to review but I’m not. Terrible place. Every mail place here in rolla is terrible and just throw stuff on to get paid.

How about a 16 minute pedicure.And nobody else was waiting. The man started me while 2 other clients were in the middle of getting their pedicures and he was finished before they were. I asked him to slow down but he just looked at me. I started timing him as soon as he started and was rushing. $30. for 16 minutes from start till finished polish. Then when I went to pay there was a sign stating that tax will be charged if a card was used but no tax if cash. Since when is a personal service taxed? Or are they collecting to pay their income tax? (pay tax on just what the government can trace?) These rush jobs and rudeness seem to be becoming the norm at many of the nail salons.

I have been here several times and have always received the best service. The employees and owners are friendly and helpful. I have been other places but choose to come here. They have never failed me. Price is reasonable, service is great, products are good quality. I’m looking forward to trying some other services when I have the time. Manicure, Pedicure

They can be really rude and disrespectful, the younger gentleman does nails pretty good I would only recommend him. I give 3 stars due to the fact they really need to make people feel welcomed and not make them feel like an inconvenience. You would think they would be appreciative they have customers walking in but as soon as they walk in they run them off and have them going else where. Either hire more people or do appointments only.
