I went in for a wax and turned right back around and out of the door. The wax room looks like a post-war alley. Holes in the ceiling. Water dripping from the ceiling into a bucket. Full trash can. Dingy light. There’s no way that I’m taking off my underwear in this place…I’d leave with something I didn’t come with.

I found this place on Groupon. I was really nervous about this place but I was WRONG!! I was helped by Noureen she was Amazing! The service I received was a eyebrow threading and Brazilian wax. She made me feel extremely comfortable and the wax didn’t hurt (2nd time getting one). With me eyebrows she asked questions about them to make sure they came out correct & I LOVED THEM! Definitely will become a regular here!!!!!!

Horrible experience. Received a Brazilian was in 5 min or less. She didn’t care about my skin. She nearly ripped it off. Very unprofessional. Only cared about me coming back. And she goes if you book in advance I’ll give you a good deal. Well hell why would I come back here on the account of how you treated this service…and then she had the nerve to say well if you don’t book now the reg price will be $75. No ma’am I won’t be back to pay $75 for torture. Thanks but no thanks.

They continued to use one strip for an entire Brazilian wax. Which is nasty and not effective on pulling the hair from the follicle. I requested hard wax when I scheduled my last appointment and when I got there, the lady said she only heated the sugar wax and when I said I requested it, she told me she doesn’t like using that wax. She should’ve used what the customer wanted instead of what “she” likes. And then left a patch of hair just like they always do. This was my third visit because I bought a package deal but my hair started growing back within a week and even worse after two weeks but blamed it on hormones and meds when I don’t take as little as Advil. Then mentioned shaving. I haven’t shaved in almost a year. Now my hair is growing back courser because they’re not doing it right. I’d never go back there.

The first time I got my eyebrows threaded here I showed them a picture of how I wanted it. The arch was correct but the eyebrows were cut thinner than I wanted it (and thinner than the picture I showed them).

Was not satisfied with my service i received on may 1st its now a week later and i feel growing hairs back on my vag i was serviced a brazilian wax and she didn’t even get all the hair off!! Nice lady but she could have done better i will never go to this place or recommend anyone if i could give no stars i would!! I already have hair growing back and it was the next couple days

I was extremely upset and frustrated with the service received at L’Panache. Very unprofessional and rude. I will never visit this establishment again. Great deal on Groupon (if they let you use the groupon you purchased) but it’s not worth the poor customer service!
