At first I was happy they took us in as a walk in, however 2 days after getting my nails done, no chip color started peeling off, the guy who took care of me was rushing and even cut my skin on one of my fingers. A week later most of nails are chipped and stained with the nail polish they used. Extremely overpriced. My little girl ended up getting her nails done and pedicure also no chip and after many times explaining the color we wanted she ended up getting a whole different color. Never coming back here again.

Went today with my mom and was overcharged, she for an acrylic set , which is $35 but was charged $45 no special design and square shaped. I got my nails done and they look beautiful but they were also acrylic set which is supposed to be $35 but the cost was $91, over $50 for design. For the extra design I would’ve paid $25-30 extra because I understand designs take more time, the design and nails came out nice and after spending nearly 3 hours on just nails I was too tired to even argue about the pricing. She also said “it was a lot of time” when I question the $91, most of the time took for chrome- which you can barely see and she kept taking it off over and over and over. They also tried to charge me for a pedicure even though I didn’t get one. The only thing worth the price is the full face wax which is charged correctly.

Critical: QualitySo I came to the nail shop before service was great went but today was a different case. So the service that I was getting done today was a soak off a pedicure and a manicure. So there was a guy that work there that was servicing be today started off by clipping my nails then I heard my nail crack and all he can say was sorry when I looked at my hands he didn’t cracked my whole fingernail real nail and all so he started to soak off my nails then he asked me did I want the bottom of my foot done I said yes he said that’s another $8 now I thought when you get your feet done that’s including doing the bottom of your feet I know some shop charge to cut down your toenails that’s fine after my feet was done and went to my hands and he kept saying he couldn’t get all up all acrylic off my nail so now I still have acrylic on my nail and a cracked nail so I feel like I shouldn’t pay the full price which was $55 I’m not going to say I’m not going to return to the shop but I will not let him do my hands or feet again so that’s why I gave the rating I did todayServices: Pedicure, ManicureSo I came to the nail shop before service was great went but today was a different case. So I came to the nail shop before service was great went but today was a different case. So the service that I was getting done today was a soak off a pedicure and a manicure. I’m looking for a place to add photos so others can see. But in case I cannot, my nails were shaped differently some square some round, the acrylic had lumps, there was no care given to my nails after they were polished, no base coat was used, there was no oil or lotion placed on my hands and cuticles after service. Very disappointed especially after many of the reviews seemed favorable. My daughter had her nails done as well again the unevenness and the technique and the application was pretty bulky. I really want it to have a positive experience we even waited the two hours or so based on the previous reviews. It was a let down.I have never needed to leave a review for a nail salon. I’m looking for a place to add photos so others can see. I got a full set of acrylic nails. I was over charged for a short coffin set. The nails on my left hand were all leaning towards the right and we’re not cut to be the same size. She kept hurting me with the drill because she kept talking to the employees and clients. She would work on my nails and then go back and forth between other clients and rushed through the process. I will not be going back.

Don’t get your nails done by Nick. He rushed through my set and left my nails thick and when I asked if he would file them down he attempted but I was still left with nails that were crooked and thick. At this point my nails were so sore from him filing the nail and also the side of my finger. I’m not the type to complain so I left with my nails looking horrible and in pain. Don’t make the same mistake. Go to one of the ladies instead.
