Lovely Nancy Nails Salon acrylics

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, PunctualityI called two hours before the appointment and scheduled for two people at 3:30pm. That meant I wanted both of us to get pedicures at the same time. I was told we could be accommodated. My daughter sat alone until I was finished. She simply got up and walked out. I tried to speak with two different people, and neither one spoke English. The place was messy, and stuff was stacked up everywhere. This is ridiculous. I am extremely disappointed in the in professionalism with this nail salon. No, I will never return. I called two hours before the appointment and scheduled for two people at 3:30pm. That meant I wanted both of us to get pedicures at the same time. I was told we could be accommodated. Critical: Quality, ValueEverything was fine until I got home and my gel manicured nail had a noticeable bubble . The bubble popped and the nail was ruined . When I returned the following day I was told “we’re busy”and that I had to wait . customer service quality is extremely horrible. Also the salon charges way too much for what is provided.
