Since moving to PCB 18 months ago I have been searching for a comparable salon and I have finally it. This salon is very personable, detail oriented, comfortable and clean. This place took advantage of my daughters by giving them one price and then upcharging $25 at the end for adding flowers to their nails, without telling them the price. They also refused to honor the requests they made regarding a shorter length and just flat out told them no. The girls spent their own money for a special birthday treat and it cost them almost $200! It was almost double what they were initially told. I called and spoke to the manager and he was extremely rude, dismissive and said “they should have asked the price.” I said, you should have told them the price BEFORE doing it and he just told me, well, have a good day. My 12 yr old and teenage daughters were taken advantage of and disrespected and had their requests disregarded. What was supposed to be a special day was ruined by the horrible experience at this salon. We live locally but will not return and we definitely don’t recommend! They don’t give a care about their clients and it’s obvious in the way they behave.

I have my toes done numerous places on the beach. This is the first time I have ever been up charged $20 for using gel polish on my toes instead of regular polish. I could understand if they had actually done gel nails on my toes but they did not. Also I was not told that there would be an up charge. I will not be going back. Pedicure

Worst pedicure my bf and I have EVER had! We come to Florida to be pampered..It took them total of 10 min to complete the pedicures..THEY RUSHED IT !! WILL NEVER BE BACK! Young lady didn’t listen to my wishes. Asked her to trim nails to match thumb. She cut them Too short. Secondly she painted way too much pink on my American color and finally when she you need tje white at the end she rubs it ot instead of starting it over. I’ve had my nails for a week now and I’m still in love with them . I love the design and she did such a great job , I haven’t lost any nails and haven’t had any issues . This was my first time getting my nails done at this place and I will be going back . The salon is so clean and welcoming , I love that the workers wear mask still .
