Lee did a fabulous job on my pedicure. Wonderful foot massage and polish job. I highly recommend her. Unfortunately the tech that did my acrylic fill did a terrible job. The fill was rushed and the gel was bubbled. I had to ask for my cuticles to be trimmed and for the underside of my nails to be cleaned. This should have been done automatically. I will return to see Lee but go elsewhere for my nails.

i tried to like this place but they told me they could do a simple design and i even told them how to do it (it was just chrome powder) and they didn’t do it correctly so it turned out poorly, told them i didn’t care for it and i was also on a time crunch sitting there for already an hour 15, after i expressed i didn’t care for them customer service was rude and didn’t even give me a discount for having to return at a different time to finish. Also place is gross, didn’t wear gloves, tools looked used already. Very disappointed!

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityI ask for the last 2 finger to be matte black (no paint) and sure enough she painted them black with a matte coat. When you put nail polish over the dried acrylic and add a matte coat it looks waxy. I hate it. If you just paint over the acrylic with matte coating it’s true matte and looks beautiful. I asked if she could paint underneath because she left so much acrylic underneath after I asked to remove some of it and she did a sloppy job. Not to mention she ruined 4 of my nail beds. This is the second time the lady who sits next to the door has done an AWFUL job. My nails have ripples in them, they’re rough, none of them are the same length or even in the middle of my fingers. When I pay $50 I want what I pay for. I’m irritated to say the least. My go to spot but was very disappointed today. Didn’t get a good polish and I pay for the deluxe pedicure a day it wasn’t very good. I come here all the time but will probably go elsewhere next time.

One hour after my appointment I just finished fixing my nails. My nails were cut uneven and jagged and when I got home to file down the edges the nail polish still wasn’t dry, so I had to take the polish off and I spent almost $80 but my finger and toenails are already bare again. While I was there I had to tell the person doing the pedicure to wipe the excess polish off the skin around my nails. When I went to pay they insisted that I had requested the organic pedicure even though I had specified beforehand that I didn’t want the additional charge; they did eventually concede but the results of the actual service received were extraordinarily disappointing.
