This is my first google+ review and well deserved because I am genuinely impressed by Michelle and her Bonita team.I grew up among st the hard working but there is a sincere dedication to craft and customer service at Bonita that is difficult to compare. They do really great work AND go beyond.They will charge your iPhone; serve you tea and Madeleine; they are so sweet and accommodating.I love getting my nails done here because they are friendly,operate a professional and clean salon, and most importantly,Michelle’s gel manicures last longer than anywhere else I’ve ever been. Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityAVOID!!Worst ever place I had my nails done!my nails were painted red, I wanted to change colour and have a acrylic full set.the first sentence of lady who work there and done my nails was “I hate red nails!” I understood straightaway why she said so, and the reason is because she is incapable to fully remove red nail varnish, also she is incapable to properly shape nails, I asked more than once if she could adjust what she was doing, and she looked at me and tried to pass me the nail file so I could do it myself, I told her straight I come here to have my nails done and not to do it myself! When she “finished” she just walked away, without saying anything, She was rude at the very least, unprofessional and definitely I do NOT recommend this place. The nails looks all uneven, still the old red colour shows on top of my nails, and the new colour I choose is all bubbling. Always good, never disappointed. I get gel manicure and regular pedicure. My teenage daughter gets regular mani pedi. We are always satisfied. My gel lasts until I come back because my nails grow out. They have very nice selection of gel colors.
