My nine-year-old daughter had an appointment to get her hair trimmed and highlights it was her first time there her appointment was with Lexi. I made the appointment 4 days ago we show up for our 330 appointment only to find out that Lexi apparently called out sick . Lexi was supposed to call me to let me know she couldn’t see me today but no one called me they had my cell phone number. my cell phone is glued to me no one called no one left me a message they could not accommodate me my daughter was in tears . I will never go back to that salon!! Very unprofessional they couldn’t be bothered!! I called sara salon in bayville the second I got back into my vehicle told them what happened to us without an appointment Sarah Salon told us to come down and they accommodated my nine-year-old daughter and made her very happy !!

I called at 11am requesting a roller set they confirmed the appointment for 1pm. I arrived and was told they can’t do my hair because the girl who was supposed to do it thought my hair would be short. They then asked if I could come back at 2:30p. This was so unprofessional and my first time here. Never Again would I waste my time. Hairstyling
