Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueDIRTY!!! 55 for a refill. And the it took 3 hours. Got there at 8:50 left at 12. Dirt and garbage everywhere literally visible the second you walk in.Used dirty tools and shared between me and my friend. My anxiety peaked when I realized they don’t have running hot water and the girls were nice but still In school and overall very unprofessional. Would never go back. Also cannot do nails art as they advertise. I wanted to leave the second I saw how dirty it was. She filed down my nail with a regular dirty file. This is my spot!! Tina does the best nails I’ve ever seen in my life. You can get a regular set for good price or you can get Instagram nails!! She does everything and with great skill and quality. By far my favorite nail spot in the Allentown Bethlehem Easton area!

Came here for a quick gel polish change Saturday so my nails would look nice for my birthday the following day. Everyone was super nice and friendly but when removing my gel polish they used a machine instead of wrapping them with a cotton ball soaked in acetone. In the past 3+ years of wearing gel polish I have never had my nails break. That night one of my nails broke and the following day two more nails broke. I’m not sure if this was a result of the machine used to take the polish off wearing down my nails or if they used very thin coats of polish. Regardless, I was extremely upset to have three broken nails for my birthday and that i’ll have to cut down my nails.

I went to this place on a whim because I needed my nails done. I’ve only heard good things about this place which is why i’m so confused why I didn’t get a good service. Let’s start with the fact that my reservation was for 3:00pm and I wasn’t started until 4:30. In the middle of a pandemic, my nail tech didn’t have mask on. I didn’t think too much of it because there was a total of 4 people in the salon, but still. I put the pictures of the nails I was going for. It took her almost an hour to get the length, shape, and apply acrylic. The shape she gave me was way too long, but I didn’t say much because I could work with it. I didn’t mind. Mentioning that her and the other nail tech were sharing supplies and tools between clients. When I was told to wash my hands, I entered the bathroom and I was absolutely disgusted. It reeked of marijuana and there was a small bowl that had debris floating; along with a nail brush that was practically decaying away. By the time she started on the polish, it was 5:45pm. The application of the polish was so messy and it only highlighted that the acrylic was uneven and bumpy. She was also applying it so lazily and the shade she chose did not match the one in the picture that I showed her almost every 3 mins. When she started the design, it took her about four times before I had to cut the appointment short. I expressed that the polish application was terrible and that I would pay for at least half, but I couldn’t have her continue. When I walked out, I had realized that the polish on my thumbs did not cure under the light and I was able to essentially peel the polish off.

I wasn’t going to complain, I just wanted my nails done. I walked in and she looked at me like I was stupid, said “do you have an appointment?” And I said yes I do for 3:05, I’m a bit early so take your time” she was with a client. She said “actually we are closed, I’m leaving after my client” she was extremely rude. It was probably the worst customer service I’ve ever had. She had a friend just sitting with their feet up on one of the counters, which is gross considering customers put their hands on their. i went there about a week ago and they were nice but i ended up hating how my nails looked. at first i liked them but then once i really looked at them i hated them. the shape wasn’t what i said i wanted and on my right thumb the nail looked like it was curved in on the side and the blue color was too dark, i asked for both of my ring fingers to be white and they both looked completely different because of glitter that was on them (i didn’t even ask for glittery white i asked for just white) and there were spots where you could see the acrylic nail bc it wasn’t covered with the blue or the white. i was there for about 4 maybe even 5 hours, and after about a week the nails are lifting off of my real nails and tonight one of them fell off! i payed $60 and i’m honestly disappointed. while i was there when the lady was drilling my nails she kept giving me cuts around my fingers which was very painful, and i feel like some of my nails look dirty… i guess?? like they don’t look glossy or nice to say the least. and it felt like she was rushing especially towards the end. i don’t recommend them and i definitely won’t be going back there.

I got there for the doors to still be closed, I went on the website and saw that they didn’t open until 9:30. Worst salon i’ve ever been to. As soon as i stepped in i knew this place would not be it.
