Let me start by saying I typically love this Great clips and have always gotten a great haircut here so in that regard it’s 5 stars!! I was soooo taken back by how rude, out of line, narcissistic and borderline dangerous one of the stylist and only male cutting hair was today on Monday(Labor Day) to the other stylist that I had to bite my tongue. This gentleman was possibly the worst employee I have ever encountered .. anywhere!! Not only was he berating his co workers loudly in front of everyone but he continued to do so with a guest in his chair whose haircut he was working on when I got there and was still working on when I left( god bless that guy)! I will say that the women that this Jamaican man was berating kept their cool and continued to move guest along. I can only hope that this man is dealt with especially if they want returning business!! I felt so horrible for the women that were working with him it was truly disgraceful as another guest and I could only shake our heads in disbelief as we waited.

I took my 4 year old son, and the guy that cut his hair was not very nice, he didn’t listen to how I wanted his hair cut and messed it up big time. He didn’t even fix the back hair I told him that I will hold my son since he was moving…my son has had hair cuts at other places no hair stylist complained about him moving alot and saying that he can’t fix the hair he messed up because my son moved alot. Never again! Very upsetting experience.

It is a shame I have to give this place a 1. After going there for several years and getting great service, I must have gotten the wicked witch of the west. I have thick hair wanted it short, as always the cutters have asked where do I want it cut. My hair is too short, and uneven all the way around and one side is noticeable longer than the other. I won’t be going back. I wouldn’t go there if I were you.

In Jacksonville on vacation from Canada. Went to Great Clips for a haircut as I always use them back home. Very disappointed with the service and cut. The stylist soaked my head more than necessary. He cut the length as I asked which turned out shorter than requested and very uneven. He also cut my bangs that were also cut in uneven lengths. He barely touched my hair while cutting, freehand only. Very difficult to notice the mistakes as my hair was still soaking wet leaving the salon. My sister-in-law had to try to even everything out once we were back home.
