This place is fabulous! It is, literally, THE CLEANEST nail salon I’ve ever been to. The nail artists are so extremely accommodating and kind! I am beyond impressed! this would’ve been my 4th visit but i had to leave after waiting over an hour to be seen. I saw a couple other women leave because of long wait times, they do a great job but again, they don’t do appointments and they can’t give you an estimated time until service. This is the second time this has happened and makes me sad because once you get in a chair they are super nice. I did see one lady get seated and not attended to for at least 40 minutes. If it wasn’t for the extremely poor customer service, they would get 5 stars. I ended up finding a hole in the wall salon down the street that did an amazing job on me (Emily’s)
