Critical: QualityI went to get a full set gel nail service.Very good service, nice, clean, and professional but I was very displeased on that day. It’s now the 21st of December and my nails are popping completely off (as if they were press-on nails). I sat for 2+ hours getting my nails done for an engagement I was attending that day, by that night of the party, the polish was completely lifted off the nail.I called the shop, let them know what wrong, and I was told to come back and she could redo my nails for me. The 1st powder they put on when I 1st got my nails done was a mess, it wasn’t drying, it was crumbly, sticky, and tacky. It took forever to dry and it just wasn’t working (by that time I was aggravated, disgusted, and late for my trip), so much so that the young man doing my nails didn’t know what to do. So they ended up using the powder, letting it dry, filing it down (which looked horrible and ashy), then painted gel polish on top, and one of the nails broke also.The young lady went to redo my nails but all she did was file off the gel polish, then filed off some of the old powder (the one that was a horrible mess) and put the new powder on top of the old, and continue to do my nails. I had my nails done on December 2, 2020, and it’s December 21, 2020, and all my nails are off. Not because I took them off but because they popped off by themselves (the entire nail).I would like to give I’ve them another chance but for the cost, I paid to get them done, I don’t know. If I pay good money them I expect quality service, not quantity service.I would have given them more stars but I can’t. Critical: PunctualityMy mother and I were walk ins for a pedicure and asked how long of a wait it would be. The lady showed us two chairs and said not long. This business was not crowded by the way so I said ok. Mind you we were seated in our chairs by 12:30 pm. My mom got service at a little after 1pm and I didn’t get service until 1:20. My mom’s appointment was for 2pm. My mom was finished at 1:47 and I was finished at 2pm( I felt rushed). Had they just said that there was a wait we could have moved on to another location. I never come to this location again. I was trying to bond with my mom(girl time) since my grandmother just passed away and was buried this week. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueThis shop is really nice. They have every color possible. The nail techs were very nice and provided excellent service. I got a pedicure and my girls had toes and nail polish. We will definitely come back.Services: Pedicure, Manicure

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityI always get pampered when I go to Love Nails ,Kelly and her team is wonderful. she does my lashes, eyebrows and nails perfectly and Cindy thanks from taking care of my feet lol and also the other guys are great there too. I always get pampered when I go to Love Nails ,Kelly and her team is wonderful. she does my lashes, eyebrows and nails perfectly and Cindy thanks from taking care of my feet lol and also the other guys are great there too. Very clean nail polish is always fresh I never had a problem with their services so Ladies If you are going to other nail shops please check their nail polish because you will be wondering why the color is doll after a while or it’s not staying on it’s because they are using old polish and that’s the one thing you will never have to worry about at Love Nails on crowder so go see him you will be happy.

I asked a technician if they were still seating customers and he advised that they were. I sat down at a station as there was no other available seating and proceeded to wait. After about 15 mins I asked the same technician if he could provide me with a bowl to soak off a previous acrylic set. At that point I was told that it was a 3 hour wait and that I could come the next day. I advised the same technician that I was not able to come the next day and asked what service I could get as it is a holiday weekend. The technician then discussed with the owner and she interjected by saying I thought you were getting something else and that she had too many customers waiting. I explained to the owner that she not only never acknowledged me when I entered but also did not ask what services I was interested in. She then began to blatantly ignore me while repeatedly stating she could not take me on today. The owner saw me confirm with the technician that they were still acceptingi customers even though it was well before their closing time. They sat customers on I top of each other, no social distancing and locked all of the customers in to the point where I had to be “let out” of their establishment. Please stay far away from this business. I was only in the area visiting family while away from Texas. The service here is horrible and it is also located in a bad area. Horrible service. Listing shows they close at 7pm. I arrived at 6 and was never greeted or acknowledged. I asked a technician if they were still seating customers and he advised that they were. First time going the tech did not shape my nails properly and the nails were too thick. My pedicure did not last more than 5day before polish started to peel. I decided to give them a second chance and let another tech do my nails. I got a refill and he did not remove any of the pieces that were lifting. After 3 days my nails began to lift and pop off. Will not return again!
