I had an appointment, so the wait time was very short. Got shampoo, cut and blow dry. The stylist was very nice, however it’s probably the worst haircut I’ve ever had. Short uneven layers on the right side and all one length on the left. Long strands that were missed on each side. I didn’t notice it until I got home. Going back would not have done anything, no way to fix it. It’ll just have to grow out.

Not the best place to go. At least I would never go back after one of the ladies that cut my daughters hair messed her up. My daughters hair was nice and long up to her hips and all we asked for was for 3 inches off and not only did the lady cut more than she should but she also cut it very uneven. There was long hair’s sticking out the back was shorter than the front. It was just a mess I wanted to cry but didn’t want my daughter to know what was going on. When I pointed out the issues the lady said I’ll fix it but everytime she would try it would get shorter till I asked her to leave it the way it was. I just wanted to run out and never come back.

Went once to get a trim and the hairdresser did not listen to me and cut off way more than I asked for. Went back again to try again this time with a plan to be more assertive to the hair dresser but it was no help. She cut off SIX inches more than I asked for and I even had a picture as well. When I started crying and told her I didn’t like it all she said was “oh well”. After my experience I went to the bathroom to cry where there was poop smeared on the floor. Worst experience ever. Worst customer service of any salon ever either. I’ve never had such a bad haircut in my life until now.
