Where do I began! This place is just not professional!! OK so I called at 5:30 to see if they could take a pedicure and a manicure I needed my nails done and they said yes if you come now we will do it so I came right away and when I entered they asked me OK you want pedicure and manicure I said yes and I wanted to get my nails done as well and then they turned and said oh no you want full set we cannot do but when I called asked them if they could they said yes! They ended up doing it anyway and when I tell you it was the most painful full set manicure I had and it wasn’t very painful and the application was not that good! I will show pics! Don’t even get me started with the tools they used unclean tools on me nail trimmer nail clippers ect! For this high end looking place it was ghetto! They charged me 88 for them! They are beautiful but could be better for the price! I will be coming back for another chance because I believe in second chances!

Had the worst experience here. I am new to the area so was trying out a new nail salon. I get my nails done all the time so I know what my nails should look like and I was so unhappy with the service. I asked for an xl set, after she put the tips on she cut one nail asked if I liked the length I said yes. She then started cutting the other nails shorter than the first one so then she had to cut that one shorter and I ended up getting a shorter set than I wanted. Also all my nails aren’t even the same length some are longer than others. I also asked for tapered square shape. Some nails are tapered square and some are square? She couldn’t even get the shape right on all the nails. The application for the acrylic was horrible it seemed like she didn’t know what she was doing. On the corners or the nails she didn’t put acrylic on and I had to tell her to add acrylic because the application looked horrible. I did a French tip and some are uneven. Also while I was there another girl getting her nails done was complaining about one of her nails being crooked and the girl doing her nails said it looked fine but when the customer kept complaining the girl said she was still in school for nails. I wish I would have gotten my girls name and am wondering if she was also in school. I was charged $85 for the worst set of nails I’ve ever got. It’s been a little over a week and my nails are already lifting. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

The first time I went there on a Friday and it was mostly nice except in the process the male who was doing my nails broke it by being too rough. He proceeded to leave the blood Under my nail. Then when I left my nail top coat came up on my thumb then slowly all of my nails. This caused stains on my favorite shirt, and on my work papers at work. I took off early to come and they told me I have to pay 30$ on top of the 100$ I already paid Friday. This is due to me not being able to “prove” my nails are coming up. The pictures below should be proof. I would never ever recommend this nail shop. When I went back the second time I noticed that they all have different nail lamps. Which caused the inconsistency. I noticed that the lady had to re shape my nails because of a poor job that the person before her had done. I am shook that I paid 130$ on both of these sets with no soak .

Racheal is very nice, I had these two cuts on my fingers which are close to the nails as it shows in the picture, she took extra caution with it and try to provide the whole service ( such as messages) without hurting me.

Been here about 3 times now for dip powder manicure and have been pleased each time! Not only is this place reasonably priced, but they do an amazing job each and every time. I don’t go to a specific nail tech, and have had my dip done by 3 different ladies each time. Each one of them have done a great job! I’ll continue coming here for my dip manis

$35 for basic pedicure. I didn’t have to wait long which was nice. The massage chair. Worked well. Everyone is polite. They did a good job on my nails no complaints. They were able to get my boyfriends hang. Nail out so that was cool Pedicure

I’m really sad about this place. It has been my go to for over a year and I got great service and beautiful nails but something has changed recently and the past two times I’ve gone I left almost in tears. My nails are not at all what I asked for and they continuously told me I didn’t know what I was talking about. Each time I’ve had to go home and try to paint over what they’ve done just so I could be somewhat happy with the results. When spending almost $100 I expect way better and will not be going here any longer.

Communication is super bad, apparently they only tell you if you ask. I came in asking for an acrylic set to be removed and have a gel manicure. I was asked if I wanted a pedicure and I said yes only if there is time I will. They had me sit in the pedicure chair first. I ordered a basic pedicure under the impression they would do both services at the same time similar to other salons (apparently this is only the case if I ask and it is not something they typically do) over an hour later for a basic pedicure they started the acrylic removal. She started with a nail trimmer and tried to pop them off, I had to ask for them to be soaked first. Two associates double checked with me that I wanted them soaked and I wanted a gel manicure. I said yea both times. I had to confirm three times I wanted my nails trimmed with a gel manicure. Over an hour of painful filing and asking her to stop on some of the nails as the pink under my nail was starting to show she started to paint them. The paint is bumpy and uneven. Every nail is a different size and shape. When paying I was charged for add ons for my basic pedicure because I had gel polished that needed to removed and callus removal, no one told me these were extra. When asked how everything was by the original associate who greeted me, I told her I wasn’t happy about it, she asked my why. I explained everything and was told they can’t help me if I don’t ask and that they can’t read the customers mind. I said it didn’t matter I wouldn’t be back and she said good cause your “blacked listed” and not welcomed back. Not sure if it was telling them three times what I wanted, asking them to stop cause it was painful or being charged for services without being told of the up-charged that got me black listed. Waste of a 2 1/2 hours to have to go to another salon and have the paint fixed
