Super happy with end result, getting my eyelashes done there Thursday but got nails, toes and eyebrow wax done today. Ha did the nails and waxing, and Mary did the toes. Both were very friendly, and it was clean in there! Plus I got wine for free so I was surprised that my total for the day was as cheap as it was with the quality of the product. Definitely switching over to them as my new salon!

I have been going to Lotus since it opened about 5 years ago. I tried many places before this one and just never felt like they cared about their customers. Ha especially and her new staff care about each and every customer that walks thru her doors. She is one business owner that cares and does fabulous work. Ha is amazing! The spa is serene, the colors and booths are clean and beautifully coordinated. But most importantly the metal tools come from a sterilized pouch and the non-sterilizable items (pumice stone and file) come out of a brand new bag and are single use. As a piercer, seeing this attention to cleanliness and safety for my health is AMAZING. To top it off, I asked for gel on my toes, and they’re PERFECT. Ha took her time, and the sugar scrub and stone massage was also wonderful and not rushed like other salons I have been to. I’ll definitely be a returning client!

This place is great but their workers not so much. I have gotten my nails done here before by the owner an they have been very great. There must have been a newly hired lady, white, sits at the second nail station. She did a horrible job on my nails! I get acrylics alot and these are the worst I’ve ever gotten them. I asked for medium length and she didn’t cut them enough so I asked for just a little more and she cut the whole acrylic nail off. They’re so short they’re up to my real nail. I asked for a coffin shape and some nails are round, some are square and some are coffin. They are disproportionate to eachother on my hands some are really long compared to others and at the end she couldn’t even paint my nails without getting paint all over the sides of my hands. They didnt fill them to my cuticle either it looks like I had them for a couple days already .I went back not ten minutes later to ask if I could get my money back because the only other option was to fix them but I didn’t want the same lady that did a horrible job to fix them, but they said they dont give refunds so it was my only option for her to “fix them” and what she did was make the tops of the nails straight and fix her application of the acrylic and paint job and they are still a crooked mess! I’m not happy at all and I want my money back I would never see that lady again. The owner is much better but they need to rehire. and for 45 dollars?? Thats ridiculous

Ask for “Ha” she is literally the cutest ever and does exceptional with my eyelashes! I drive over an hour to see her and have been for over 2 years now. If I could leave more stars I would!
