My best friend took me here about 2-3 years ago and I’ve been obsessed with this shop ever since lol. They do an AMAZING job on my nails every time I go!! Jenny never fails me when doing my nails. She always makes sure I’m okay with shape, length, and color before she moves ahead. Sometimes it can be a little wait but with the selection of wine, soda, and water and the amazing job they do I don’t mind the wait at all . I recommend this place 100%

Has been my go-to for a decade and was once awesome but it is going downhill quickly. Had an appointment for a pedicure today and waited half an hour past my appointment time to even get started and ended up with this terrible polish job. I wish I had checked it more closely with reading glasses before leaving, although I was there for 90 minutes and wouldn’t have wanted to wait to have it redone.

Visiting from San Francisco and decided to have a pedicure done at Lotus Nails Bar and Spa. I read a few negative reviews but decided to go anyway since they had an immediate opening and every other place had a 2-3 hour wait. I had a very nice pedicure, their basic pedicure with polish, which was far more involved and pampering than what I get in S.F. for a price $10-20 more for about 45 minutes. This was a full hour for my pedicure, and my toes look great. I believe Yen (? Sorry if that is incorrect) was the name of the person taking care of me and she was very careful and thorough. I’ll be coming here again the next time I visit this area.

Pedicure was good. I also came for wedding nails. I dont know the name of the nail artist. Very disappointed with quality. The picture below was taken 3 days after my appt and they look grown out. Did not go to the edge of my cuticle. Nails were thick and not filed down to look natural. The design he did took 5 tries before I said to leave it. One of my friends immediately clipped her nails off due to him disregarding that she wanted them shorter.

I’ve been coming here for years! And I’ve seen this place change, have its up and downs. And seeing all the new salons coming around. I will still always come here. Even if they had a wait! I refuse to go anywhere else! I truly love everyone who works here and the place it’s self is beautiful!! Best place to relax and enjoy getting your nails done! May I also mention the owner is amazing!! I appreciate everything she does and has done for this place to stay up and running!

My last few appointments were a disaster! This use to be my go to place for pedicures. I even referred a nice amount of people to this establishment. Now services are very poor quality! You’ll have an scheduled appointment but they don’t get you in until 45mins later. & On top of that they’re very nonchalant about the situation!! No comment courtesy whatsoever!!

Went if for shellac mani as a walk in. Staff was accommodating and nice, however within the first 48 hours my thumb nail completely peeled off. I called and they were kind and fixed it, however the nail they fixed was smudged and polish was very unevenly applied, as well as on the a few other nails. By day 7, two additional nails have peeled or are largely chipped. I have not done anything vigorous with my hands. Partly feel that choosing shellac vs dip is to blame but the uneven coating of polish could have also contributed to the peeling and chipping of polish as the nails that had globs of polish applied are the ones peeling off like stickers. I could have better long lasting effects applying store bought polish myself and save $40. Will trying out a different nail salon to have this removed today, one week later, and will be trying the dip.

Stay away. I was kicked out for asking for my nails to be redone because they turned OUT horrible…I was a part of their first customer based when salon first opened! Since first owners, left THIS place has GONE DOWN…Granted, agai. I been going here since they FIRST opened then to be kicked by strangers/new owners after spending who know how much money here…tragic! THIS PLACE HAS BECOME TERRIBLE SINCE old owners left!!!!!
