I was a walk in customer with Patty for a hair cut and eye brows. She was nice enough and clearly liked her job, but right from the get go she was talking over me, telling me what I wanted with my hair. So much so that after only a few minutes I had to tell her just a trim. (And again a few minutes later) because it was clear she wasn’t listening so much that I was going to get stuck with something I really didn’t want. When she went to go do my brows she’s picking and peeling at my skin, scratching me and leaving gouges in my brows which are now very clearly misshapen. I should have walked out and saved the $60 (way to expensive for the job that was done). I will never go back there. Ever.
