I have been going to Grace for 4 years now and I will never see anyone else for my hair! I recently moved back to Jersey and still make the drive to Douglassville because Grace always does an amazing job. I used to do blonde balayage but Grace recommended highlights instead because I wanted a more blonde look overall and she was right! Grace is always so friendly and great to talk to during my appointment and she always finds the best treatments to incorporate into my appointment based on what my hair needs. She is a great hairstylist and definitely deserves 5 stars.

Andrea did a wonderful job with my hair, this was my second time going to this location to get my hair done. This time I asked for balayage, and it came out even better than I was expecting! And my husband got a haircut and he can be a bit picky about it and he was also impressed! Definitely going back to this location again, and the girls were all so friendly, including the ones that greeted us!

Kristen Henne is my stylist at Lords and Ladies Douglassville and I can’t begin to explain how amazing she is. Her craftsmanship is like none other and I would never think about going to a different salon or stylist. I enjoy my time in her chair so much. We have great conversations and she makes you feel so comfortable and at home. When Kristen is finished with my hair, I feel so confident thanks to the work of art she created. She never rushes you or makes careless mistakes, which leads to endless compliments from people who see my hair. She is the best! I highly recommend her.

I have been to the other Lords & Ladies location so I decided to try the Douglasville location for a pedicure. I love the online booking feature. I called two days before to ask to upgrade to the spa pedicure. I was told it was very relaxing and it includes all of these extras for about an hour and 15 min.

I get my nails and toes done regularly with Grace at the Lords and Ladies Douglassville location. Grace does dip with tips on my nails and they always look impeccable! They last almost three weeks also! She does a perfect job with the gel polish on my toes. I’ve also had highlights and a cut once and am planning my next hair appointment with her soon! She is perfect at everything she does and super sweet and pleasant to talk to during our visits. As long as she works in the area I will never go to anyone else!

Megan P. is amazing! She knows exactly what I want each time, and she always does a phenomenal job! I usually go to her for color, toning, and cut. She always recommends good products to use as well. She did my hair a couple weeks ago and notified me of a cancellation to bring me in sooner, which I appreciated so much. She is my go to hairdresser. She is such a sweetheart and is so worth the 45 minute commute I now have!
