Dr Savitz and his medical assistant were very nice and kind. However, the middle aged woman at the front desk needs an attitude adjustment. Not friendly whatsoever. The man that scheduled my appointment over the phone was also rude as well. I probably won’t be returning because of those 2.

I love this practice. Yes – you may need to wait for your appointment, but once you meet with the doctor, they give you all the time you need are so caring. I never feel rushed. Dr. Fortier is the kindest doctor ever.

The receptionist got loud with me over the phone when i asked for a second time for a refill of a cream i’ve been on for years. It’s hard to get appointments sometimes, and I wanted a refill of a medication I’ve been taking for years, but instead of being normal (we will give you one refill to hold you over until your next visit), she said I would have to wait an entire month for a next appointment. I had not been seen in a year by the office, but the receptionist does not make clinical judgements and should not get loud and rude with a patient over the phone. It’s unprofessional.

I don’t Have a star to give. I waited 2 months for an appointment that never happened because Don wants to be rude. He talked to me like a peasant and as if i were Uneducated. He tried to tell me about my own insurance i have Had for 12 years and said he was making an educated guess that they don’t take it. I said Your assuming i have State insurance and i don’t. He wanted to fuss that he isn’t assuming. However, without educated yourself on my insurance how can your guess be educated. He also assumed i could Not afford the 20% if Medicare didn’t pay it. It was embarrassing and horrible. Told the front let her see the PA she has state. Medicare is NOT state. I an A veteran and i was Respectful and expect the same. I know He is an office manager but i hope The doctors know he does these things

Great doctors and staff. I wish they had longer hours as they did before.

Dr. Jacobson was thorough and answered all of my questions. I waited literally 1 min in the waiting room and 1 min in the exam room before the doctor came in.

iv been here a few times now, I came for a full body spot exam, I had a few spots that got sent out to get tested, one came back abnormal, George Lopez’s nurse called to tell me that its best if I have it removed, came in a few days later and they cut the spot out, I have a few stitches & its healing perfectly, I went back to have the bandage redone because I was scared to change It my self, they were super friendly and said to come in whenever was best for me! …. everyone is very very nice! highly recommend this place!!

I think Dr Fortier is excellent. However after waiting over 6 weeks to get an appointment and then waiting over an hour to see Dr Fortier I left.I am assuming the later the appointment the longer the wait. If someone had called me I would have come in later. This is the second time this has hapoened.

Dr. Savitz is the BEST of the BEST. Look up his background. He is the real deal. He is also kind and compassionate with his administration of Sculptra. I do not understand negative reviews because my experiences with Long Ridge Dermatology have been nothing less than superb. Yes, there can be a waiting period when they are busy but I have found the results far more than compensate for the wait. I also believe that their prices are fair. I have researched at other dermatologists who are much cheaper but who also have many – and very similar (leading me to think they may just be true) – complaints on the Better Business Bureau’s website. Long Ridge Dermatology has NOT ONE COMPLAINT. My GF – whose skin is gorgeous for a 55-year-old – recommended Dr. Savitz to me. After my great experience I, in turn, recommended Dr. Savitz, to my mother-in-law, who did in-depth due diligence on the doctor and was highly impressed with his background and then she also was extremely satisfied with the results of her Sculptra treatment. I am making an appointment to go back now! Believe me, you will be doing yourself a favor by going to LDR rather than wasting your money on a mediocre (or worse) service!

The doctors and some of the staff is awful. My daughter had a sample of of skin taken and they was suppose to call her with the results. We had to constantly call to get the results because they wouldn’t return our calls. This went on for over 6 weeks. We even had her primary called and they never responded to her call. Don’t waste your money. If they cared about their patients they would follow up with them. The best thing you can do is report them to the insurance company.
