I do wanna say that Paige is really sweet. But the policy that when you miss an appointment (don’t make it within 7 minutes), you have to pay the full price of the service, is unheard of. I understand that I have to take some responsibility for missing my appointment but mistakes happen and you don’t get charged the full price of a service that never happened when you miss a hair appointment or a dentist appointment. Maybe 50% tops would be more reasonable. Second thing. When I go in for a $30 one week lash extension fill, I’m told that if I want to change the style of my lashes I should book a regular $75 fill for “more time”. But they are both listed as only 30 minutes on the website and I can confirm that the $75 volume fill is in fact only 30 minutes which is not enough time. An hour is pretty standard for a fill imo.

Jorgia is the best here in flagstaff! I go to her for everything! I got my eyebrows microbladed (which she is an artist at btw) I’ve gotten lash lifts/tints from her (also amazing) and I’ve gotten my hair done with her.
