What an incredible find. Directly across from Cumberland farms tucked away in the small strip mall was the find of a lifetime. Price, quality, service, atmosphere… I’m running out of qualifiers. I sat with John for a late day appointment. I was the final customer before closing and entered feeling like I would be rushed out the door. He didn’t skip a step or rush a thing. Probably more of an indictment on my life but this trip made my week. Already booked my next visit!!!

The pandemic threw my hair-cut regimen (did I really ever have one?) a few curve balls leading me to try a few different places over the last year. My hair went from unkempt (early spring 2020) to adequately shortened by a local stylist (early summer 2020) to disheveled-shorn by a rookie at a franchise which will remain unnamed (early spring 2021) and finally to a proper, professional process by ‘John’ at London Barber. For a first-time appointment I left feeling listened to, attended to and dispatched with the best haircut I’ve had in a long time.

Tried them out last month and got a good haircut, so thought l would try them again but very disappointed with the owner and his comment to me. Open till 7 on there web site tonight but when l got there at 410 and walked in, l saw a closed sign and the owner said the sign get you, ya so l left because had a long day but if he wanted to close 3 hours early he should of turned of the barber light in the window instead of customers getting out of there car to be told to look at a small sign next to the window. This owner needs lessons on customer service and just being polite.

Recently moved to Dudley and a quick googling showed this to be the best around. I’m used to getting discount cuts (10-12$) my whole life and didn’t fully understand the big difference between that and a barbershop. all I can say is my haircut and beard trim far exceeded my usual expectation and will definitely be returning.
