Critical: QualityRienna left my hair within an inch of it’s life literally. She totally disregarded what I asked her to do with my hair and cut it so short I barely have any hair left. It looks incredibly awful and I will never go back to her again. Beware. You get what you pay for at Salon Lofts and it’s not great hair care for sure.Service: Haircut

I went in there with the intention to get a perm, but decided agaisnt it because I have a little wave to my hair, after she cut it and with the right products, it turns out that I have curls! Her prices are VERY reasonable too! I love the fact that she was honest and patient when I had a million questions for her. Lily was awesome! I went in there with the intention to get a perm, but decided agaisnt it because I have a little wave to my hair, after she cut it and with the right products, it turns out that I have curls! Her prices are VERY reasonable too! I love the fact that she was honest and patient when I had a million questions for her. Critical: ProfessionalismJodi Duncan – horrible hairdresser – stripped my hair, damaged it, over processed – causing me to have to get it redone, she never once asked me about going platinum she made the assumption – when I sent her pictures of what I wanted – blonde! she foiled my hair , didn’t do the roots( the whole reason one goes to the salon when you needs roots done) she knew she messed up when she I instantly said I didn’t have to pay her – she should not be allowed to have a license. She also messed up my daughters hair too. Very disrespectful and a horrible hairdresser.. Critical: ValueThis was my very first time coming to salon lofts, Jodi Duncan did my hair. She was very nice and sweet. I have long curly blonde hair, I told her I wanted to do ombre on my hair. I wanted to do dark roots fading into my blonde. I figured since I told her that I have curly hair she would cut my hair dry, but she just put the brown hair dye right on my roots. She washes it out, then cuts my hair. Fast forward, as she’s drying my hair she herself notices that the brown hair dye has also gotten all over my blonde. Instead of offering to fix it, she tells me to put baking soda on it and it should go away. So all she did was, Put brown hair dye on my roots, washed it out, and dried it. I paid $150 so I could have brown roots and Brown spots all over my blonde. I hate my hair, ever since I’ve gotten it done it’s been in a ponytail. This was my very first time coming to salon lofts, Jodi Duncan did my hair. She was very nice and sweet. I have long curly blonde hair, I told her I wanted to do ombre on my hair. I wanted to do dark roots fading into my blonde. I figured since I told her that I have curly hair she would cut my hair dry, but she just put the brown hair dye right on my roots.
